The filling machine is activated by internet connection with the producer. If needed the filling process can also be controlled by internet. Or it can be used the online service manual for the machine, which can be done by video connection and built in web camera.
The machine is operated by touch - screen by means of easy to use software, based on Windows XP.

There are two kinds of cartridges for ink jet printers - without chip (EPSON and CANON) and with chip (all the other) Usually for those without chips are offered the so-called compatible cartridges, which are cheep enough and don't need to be refilled. In case the client wishes he could refill the original cartridge.


The process of recycling of the cartridges with chip (HP, Lexmark) can be divided into 3 parts - Checking&cleaning, Refilling, Packaging

1. Checking&Cleaning
  • Visual control of the cartridge for physical defects of the chip. After that is made a control for electronic defects by special tester or by putting the cartridge into the relevant printer.
  • Control of the weight of the cartridge by sensitive scale. It will establish if the cartridge is empty or there is residual ink in it.

The process of cleaning is extremely important for the high- grade filling in of the cartridges.

  1.3 Second weight of the cartridge - control if it is quite empty.

2. Filling in the cartridge with ink - the process is controled by touch screen on the managing panel.

   2.1 Introducing the data- they are standard and fixed for every type of cartridge.
   2.2 Filling in the cartridge - the filling in is made by clips depending on the type of the cartridge.

   2.3 Testing the filled cartridge. In case the cartridge does not work a second draining by the vacuum machine trough special silicon pumping rubber is necessary.

3. Packing the ready cartridge

   3.1 Sticking blue tape - protect from possible flowing out the ink.
   3.2 Putting the stickers.
   3.3 Packing in vacuum foil- makes the transport easier.

No matter the long row of different operations, the whole technology takes only 4-5 minutes. This whole process provides the clients with quality printing for time, they will other way spend for buying a new product, but it saves them the half money for it.
